    A twenty-three year accomplished Sports Media industry veteran leading sports partnerships, brand activation & athlete storytelling campaigns, Chris heads up brand partnerships as Co-Founder for Athlete-Driven Worldwide.

    Chris specializes in helping brands achieve ROI by activating their league and team partnership rights to engage sports fans with compelling and dynamic sports media campaigns. Many of Chris’ campaigns have been featured across National Television during the NBA Playoffs, Super Bowl, Sunday Night Football, the NFL on CBS, MLB on FOX, the Boston Red Sox games on NESN, NBC Sports & at historic Fenway Park.

    Chris honed his skillset leading integrated brand partnerships at CBS & Beasley Media as a senior sports sales expert, working in the historic Boston sports market since 2002.

  • Alex Kaplan

    Leading A-DW’s strategy and finance operations and sharing a similar role as CEO of Scheme Engine, Alex leads business operations at Athlete-Driven Worldwide. Based in San Francisco, Alex collaborates with national brands, production teams, and creative directors to bring our campaign visions together for our partners.

    CO-FOUNDER

    In addition to his work at A-DW, Devin is Chief Creative Officer at Scheme Engine, a joint venture with Roc Nation. He has provided creative direction across all of JAY-Z’s businesses and his entire Roc Nation management roster, from Rihanna to Kevin Durant. Additionally, he’s had the pleasure of working with talented entertainers such as Will Smith, Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Celine Dion, Cara Delevinge, Cardi B, Jack White, Red Hot Chili Peppers, P!nk, Jourdan Dunn, Kygo, and Paul Simon. As an executive producer and director, Devin’s work can be found on Netflix, HBOMax, Apple, Hulu and MTV.

  • Francine Feder

    VP, ATHLETE STORYTELLING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, CONSULTANT

    Francine's career has spanned over 20 years of multiple marketing positions with Foot Locker Inc., working on numerous award winning campaigns at the center of sports and entertainment culture. Most recently, she oversaw all consumer communications efforts inclusive of content creation, advertising, public relations, influencer marketing and event marketing across  Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker and Champs Sports. 

    Francine’s strength lies in the ability to understand the intersection of building a strong brand and voice with obtaining tangible business results and driving sales and growth.  She specializes in great ideas that are tailored with precision by channel. 

    Francine’s campaigns have won Cannes Silver Lions, Sports Clios, Effie Awards and numerous Ad Age viral videos of the week, in addition to generating sales and revenue growth. 

    Francine resides in NYC with her husband and puppy, and is an avid traveler, wine, food, sports and workout enthusiast.

    A twenty-year year accomplished Sports Media industry veteran leading sports partnerships, brand activation & athlete storytelling campaigns, JT heads up sports sponsorships as Senior Vice President for Athlete-Driven Worldwide.

    JT specializes in helping brands achieve ROI by activating their league and team partnership rights to engage sports fans with compelling and dynamic sports media campaigns. JT specializes in creating integrated sports marketing with a cause campaigns that team great companies with great athletes on community giveback programs that are helping important causes both are passionate about. JT excels at the creative side of the business being able to create memorable, unique partnerships that stand out and make an impact on our partners revenue, brand awareness and message authenticity.

    JT built up his brand and business creating integrated sports sponsorships at CBS and then as Director of Sports Sponsorships at Beasley Media, working with some of Boston's best athletes in one of the country's best sports markets during the "City of Champions" ERA from 2004 until 2024. He has received numerous industry and company awards and created award winning campaigns with athletes and sponsors during his career.

  • Taylor Walston

    DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES & BRAND ACTIVATION

    Taylor is a seasoned professional in the field of sponsorship activation and sales strategy with a decade of experience in sports media. Taylor leads all client partnership management and brand activation, managing Athlete-Driven’s campaigns end-to-end with our media, production and team partners.

    Among Taylor’s accomplishments, she has led sponsorship activation at NESN (New England Sports Network), working closely with marquee local and national blue chip sports clients, leading and managing entitlement partnerships of the NESN sports studios, and talent endorsement partnerships, among other activations.

    Taylor began her career at Home Team Sports where she developed strategic cross-platform campaigns for national clients. With a passion for maximizing sponsorships and delivering exceptional results, Taylor is dedicated to driving impactful collaborations and elevating brand experiences for all of Athlete-Driven’s clients.

  • Shane Doherty

    BRAND ACTIVATION LEAD

    Shane is a seasoned professional in sponsorship activation and creative design with a decade of experience in sports media at 98.5 The Sports Hub - the flagship station of the New England Patriots, Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics.

    As Brand Activation Lead, Shane collaborates with the sales team to create and implement campaigns for clients, assists with client partnership management and brand activation, works with talent, athlete and agent relationships, and manages customer interaction.

    Shane specializes in the realm of creative design, transforming ideas into impactful presentations and logos that bring a brand to life. He takes pride in crafting meaningful designs that leave a lasting impression, and is known for his detail-oriented approach and commitment to impactful outcomes.

  • Christina Milano

    BOARD OF DIRECTORS

    Christina Milano-Damaskos is an accomplished sports industry executive with a sales, strategy and marketing background at sports organizations, talent agencies and media companies. She currently is the Founder & CEO of Sequel Sports & Entertainment, a business-building consultancy for athletes and sports & entertainment organizations, like Athlete-Driven. Her extensive work across athlete & sports brand partnerships include working for Madison Square Garden, Excel Sports Management, Players Media Group and dozens of other leagues, teams and governing bodies. Most notably, she secured the first-ever jersey patch partner for the iconic Chicago Bulls with Zenni, a current Athlete-Driven client. She has received the following accolades: 2018 Forbes 30 Under 30 and 2019 Sports Business Journal’s New Voices Under 30 awards.
